Researching the diet and training schedule of Olympic athletes...

  14. My athlete is Hannah Cockroft and she spends 3 sessions in the gym and does different things every day because there is so much to practise.

  15. Jessica Ennis would eat a small healthy sanck before a competition mainly carbrahidrates and protein and less of the fat. Jessica would train as much as she can so she can perform to the best of her abilities. by Holly

    Her taining changes every day because there are so many things to practice.Three times a week she does upper body and core strengthining then another 6 times in her chair.

  27. I found out that Mo Farah works with his coach four times a week, has a sports biochemist analyse his technique and has a sports psychologist

    Mo Farah’s training regime has included sessions on an underwater treadmill (to prevent injury)
