Jessica Ennis would eat a small healthy sanck before a competition mainly carbrahidrates and protein and less of the fat. Jessica would train as much as she can so she can perform to the best of her abilities. by Holly
Hannah cockroft is my athlet. Her taining changes every day because there are so many things to practice.Three times a week she does upper body and core strengthining then another 6 times in her chair. Amy
victoria needs vitamin b too release her enegy. and she cant have a massive lunch because she trains to the limit and the foosd will not stay down. Megan D xxx

Andy murray gets up at 5 am in the morning to train. Andy has banned alchohoal and sugar also eats 6 meals a day.from tyler
